Agriculture is more than farming and gardening.Through our partnerships with local organizations, youth participants gain environmental awareness and become environmentally responsible by obtaining knowledge in: farming, gardening, fishing, animal care, health and nutrition, and sustainability.
A comprehensive "School to Career" initiative designed for individuals aged 14-18. This innovative program equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed for a successful career in the dynamic field of sports business. Through educational workshops, hands-on projects, mentorship, internships, and professional development seminars, participants gain industry-ready skills, build a strong professional network, explore diverse career paths, and develop confidence and leadership qualities. The program is dedicated to empowering the next generation of sports business leaders, fostering diversity, equity, and a transformative impact on the future of the sports industry.
